CREATIVITY

Top Tips for CAS

  • Choose experiences you know you will enjoy!

    • The more you do this, the more likely you will stick to it and feel motivated to reflect on. For example, try choosing experiences similar to your hobbies.

  • Try new things!

    • CAS gives you a great opportunity to have fun whilst completing the IB program. Some of our favourite memories in high school come from our service events (read more below).

  • Set a goal for yourself to reflect on at least three of your experiences per month.

    • This is a manageable amount - meaning you are more likely to stick to it and feel less overwhelmed closer to the due date.
